Recent graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology from the International
Business and Economics programs. I joined APO fairly late in my academic
career out of a desire to do more community service.
I served as Historian, Parliamentarian and later Pledgemaster of the Xi Zeta
chapter. I have an interest in parliamentary procedure, but like everyone else
I don't like rules lawyers. Rules exist to make things run smoothly and
efficiently, not to encourage dilatory tactics or obstruct the will of the
majority.
I am the section's go-to person for rules and procedure. If your chapter is
considering a bylaws or rules change, or thinks your rules are preventing you
