Katie “Duckie” VanDuzer
Mu Lambda ‘06
Recently graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in English Literature. While active I held multiple positions including Chapter president, historian, road rally chair, pledge master, alumni chair, and fellowship chair. I was one of Mu Lambda’s voting delegates for the 2008 National Conference and a Life member as well. I gained my nickname in high school when I used it as a pen name for the student newspaper and continued to use it through out college due to my love of ducks. At last count I own close to over 30 different duck things (rubber ducks, stuffed ducks, posters, etc.). I’ve traveled to 11 states and most recently went on a trip to Tennessee to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery.
